As a Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial management of one or more new build Design & Build projects from pre-construction through to completion. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the commercial management of projects
- Procurement of subcontract packages
- Cost control, reporting and forecasting
- Measurement and valuation of works
- Preparation and agreement of variations
- Supporting final accounts
- Working closely with site and project teams
- Ensuring commercial procedures are followed
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor on new build or Design & Build projects
- Background in residential or mixed-use construction preferred
- Good understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
- Strong communication and organisational skills
