We are working with a leading UK residential developer to appoint an experienced Technical Manager for a landmark riverside regeneration scheme in Wandsworth. This is a high-profile, long-term project delivering large-scale residential and mixed-use development in one of London's most desirable locations. The Role
- As Technical Manager, you will take full ownership of the technical delivery of one or more phases of the scheme from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with internal teams and external consultants.
- Managing the design process from planning through to construction and handover.
- Coordinating architects, engineers, and specialist consultants.
- Reviewing and approving technical drawings, specifications, and design information.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, building regulations, and NHBC.
- Supporting procurement and construction teams with technical input.
- Managing technical risk, value engineering, and buildability reviews.

About You
- Proven experience as a Technical Manager / Design Manager within residential or mixed-use development.
- Background with a main contractor or residential developer preferred.

- Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
