We are working with a leading UK residential developer to appoint an experienced Technical Manager for a landmark riverside regeneration scheme in Wandsworth. The Role

  • As Technical Manager, you will take full ownership of the technical delivery of one or more phases of the scheme from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with internal teams and external consultants.
  • Managing the design process from planning through to construction and handover.
  • Coordinating architects, engineers, and specialist consultants.
  • Reviewing and approving technical drawings, specifications, and design information.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, building regulations, and NHBC.
  • Supporting procurement and construction teams with technical input.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Technical Manager / Design Manager within residential or mixed-use development.

  • Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
