Role Overview:
The Project Manager will take full responsibility for the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple fast-paced projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards of workmanship. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of electrical installation on high-end commercial fit-outs
- Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, designers, and clients
- Oversee budgets, procurement, and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and health & safety requirements
- Lead site teams and promote a culture of quality and accountability
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout project delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing CAT A & B commercial fit-out projects within the electrical contracting sector
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical and building services systems
- Excellent organisational and leadership abilities
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
- SMSTS and relevant electrical qualifications are desirable
