A leading provider within the social housing sector is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee programmes across kitchen & bathroom refurbishment and external works. This organisation delivers high-quality projects for housing associations, local authorities, and framework partners, and is looking for a driven professional to ensure operational excellence across multiple work streams.

Role Overview

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of contracts from mobilisation through to completion. Working across social housing frameworks, the role oversees both K&B refurbishment projects and external works programmes, ensuring compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple contracts across social housing frameworks.
  • Lead site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones and performance targets.
  • Ensure works are delivered safely, to specification, and in line with KPIs and SLAs.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, residents, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and commercial performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement, compliance, and high standards of customer care.
  • Report performance, progress, and risks to senior management.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Proven experience managing social housing contracts, ideally across both K&B refurbishment and external works.
  • Strong understanding of framework delivery, client liaison, and resident-focused service.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure contractual compliance.
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
