Role Description
This full-time (part-time will be considered for the right candidate) Family Lawyer role, primarily based in Chipping Norton but with expectations to travel to other offices and locations to meet the clients needs.
Some work-from-home flexibility.
The role also includes contributing to the firm’s reputation through high-quality client service and supporting colleagues as needed.
Qualifications/experience
- Qualified solicitor or legal executive with demonstrable experience in family law, including case management and client representation. NQE - 5 years PQE ideal.
- Legal drafting, document review, and written communication for advice letters, agreements, and court documents.
- Effective negotiation, advocacy, and problem-solving skills to support clients in reaching fair and practical outcomes.
- Ability to work as part of a team and assist with supervision where required.
- Excellent client care skills, including empathy, discretion, and the ability to communicate clearly with all individuals.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle a varied caseload, meet deadlines, and work efficiently.
