Lee Bullen Engineering Ltd (Biosafe) are currently seeking to recruit a ‘Technical Trainer’ to integrate into the current operational team in Erith, Kent. We are looking for experienced training professionals with a background in the Biogas industry to work at our facility. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager working full time, you will be required to work as an integral part of the team and be able to demonstrate a good hands-on approach with a good knowledge of health and safety.

Job Summary

You will be required to deliver to candidates at our training facility, mostly classroom based technical skills to allow the safe working in and around Biogas plant and Biogas installations. Working alongside practical trainers, you will need to structure training sessions to ensure the best possible training is delivered, keeping records and building competency based assessments will form part of your role.
