Hours: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week

The Role

You will be responsible for developing new business, growing existing accounts, and increasing market share within your territory. Working independently and supported by an experienced National Sales Manager, you will build strong customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and deliver sustainable revenue and margin growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of B2B customers
  • Identify and win new business opportunities
  • Grow sales and profitability within your territory
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Conduct regular customer visits and prepare quotations
  • Monitor performance and report on sales activity and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate CRM and customer records

About You

  • Proven field sales experience, ideally within PPE, consumables, industrial supplies, or related sectors
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Self‑motivated with excellent relationship‑building abilities
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a territory
  • Results‑driven with strong organisational and IT skills
  • Experience using CRM and reporting systems
