  • We are looking for a highly organised and proactive

Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of purchasing, supplier management, demand planning and ERP (Job Pro) master data.

This is a key role within the business, working closely with our Production & Warehouse Manager, Technical Team and Sales Operations team to ensure materials are available when required, suppliers perform to a high standard, and our supply chain continues to support the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage purchasing across our UK, European and international supply base.
  • Develop strong supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance.
  • Produce purchasing plans to support production.
  • Forecast demand for products and components.
  • Identify and resolve supply risks before they impact manufacturing.
  • Optimise inventory levels while balancing working capital.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing and product master data within Job Pro.
  • Monitor supplier lead times, costs and purchasing performance.
  • Produce reports and develop systems to improve planning, supplier performance and inventory management.
  • Drive continuous improvement across our supply chain processes.

This role offers the opportunity to play a significant part in shaping and improving the supply chain of a growing international luxury manufacturing business

About you

You'll have experience within a manufacturing environment and enjoy bringing structure, organisation and continuous improvement to a growing business.

You will be

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Solutions-focused and proactive.
  • Experienced in purchasing or supply chain management.
  • Confident using ERP/MRP systems.
  • Skilled in demand planning and analysing supply chain data.
  • Commercially aware with strong analytical skills.
  • An excellent communicator who builds strong supplier relationships.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Someone who takes pride in accuracy, professionalism and delivering high standards.

Experience within low-volume, high-value manufacturing, lighting, furniture, interiors, luxury products or electrical products would be advantageous.

Additional language skills would be welcomed, particularly Mandarin, although this is not essential.
