About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Sales & Staff Support Manager who enjoys working with people and is happy to take responsibility.
This is a varied position involving customer service, sales, supporting and managing our staff, and helping us develop new business.
You'll work closely with the business owner and the rest of the team, so we're looking for someone who can use their own initiative while still being a team player.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Looking after customer enquiries, quotations and bookings, while providing excellent customer service.
- Supporting, organising and managing staff and helping keep the working day running smoothly.
- Following up on enquiries and helping turn potential customers into confirmed bookings.
- Building relationships with local Estate Agents, businesses and other organisations to generate new opportunities.
- Helping with the general day-to-day running of the business and resolving issues when they arise.
- Bringing your own ideas and working with us to help Lee Atkins Removals continue to grow and develop.
About You
We're looking for someone confident, approachable and organised, with good communication and people skills.
Some previous experience in customer service, sales, business development or staff management would be beneficial.
You should be comfortable talking to customers, supporting staff and taking responsibility for your own work.
You'll need computer skills and a full UK driving licence .
Experience in removals, transport, logistics or storage would be useful, but it's not essential . We can provide industry-specific training to the right person.
