We supply refurbished laptops, desktops, and IT components through a proven commercial model. The Role
This is a foundational position within the UK business. You will work directly with the UK General Manager as part of the initial team responsible for establishing our presence in the UK market. In the early phase, the role requires a hands-on approach across business development, account management, and operational support. As the UK operation matures and the team expands, responsibilities will transition towards sales growth, strategic account management, and increased leadership accountability. A structured progression pathway exists as the UK operation scales: Business Development Executive → Sales Manager → Sales Director, with the option to develop into an operational leadership track as our UK warehouse and logistics function grows.

- Provide operational support to ensure efficient order processing and consistent service delivery
- Contribute market intelligence on UK trends, pricing dynamics, and customer requirements to inform commercial strategy

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective business relationships
- Commercial acumen with confidence handling pricing, margins, and deal structures
- Adaptable working style suited to an early-stage operation with evolving priorities
- Well-organised approach with competence in Excel, CRM systems, and standard business applications
