Our Business Support Assistants are one of the first points of contact for the firm, and this role is more than just meeting and greeting - it's about creating a positive first impression and ensuring every visitor, colleague and caller feels welcomed, supported and valued.
You’ll bring a friendly, calm and welcoming presence to our reception area, handling enquiries with professionalism and care. Whether you’re greeting guests or supporting the day‑to‑day running of the office, your attention to detail and natural people skills will make all the difference.
This position is offered on a part‑time basis, working Monday to Friday, 10am–3pm, on an initial fixed‑term contract until 31 March 2027, with the possibility of extension should business needs require.
