Our subsidiary, Ledingham Chalmers Financial, is looking for a financial planning administrator to join its team in Aberdeen. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented administrator to support our busy financial services team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, comfortable working independently and equally effective as part of a collaborative team. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial services administration while delivering excellent customer service to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing financial services transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintaining client’s records and ensuring data integrity
- Responding to financial services-related queries and providing clear, helpful information
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders such as customers
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and financial controls
About You
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Able to work effectively on your own and as part of a team
- Confident in providing proactive, professional, customer-focused service
- Comfortable working with a range of stakeholders at different levels
- Knowledge in various software packages including Intelligent Office and Microsoft Office; experience with financial services systems is preferred
- Knowledge of Financial Services products, how each product works and how each provider platform works
- Basic knowledge of tax reliefs and allowances, contribution levels and changes to legislation
