At Ledgy, we’re on a mission to make Europe a powerhouse of entrepreneurship by building a modern, tech-driven equity management and financial reporting platform for private and public companies. In 2026, we aim to be the leading provider for European IPOs and reporting for share-based payments. We are a value-based company with a core focus on being humble, transparent, ambitious and impactful, all in order to deliver the best experience for our customers and end users. We were founded in Switzerland in 2017 and today we operate globally from offices in Zurich and London. We encourage diversity and are an international team coming from 26 different countries and speaking 25 different languages.

Why this role matters: Ledgy is building for its next phase of growth: we hit >60% growth last year and are accelerating in 2026. Great people are what makes that possible, and you'll play a central role in building the team that drives it. You'll own technical hiring end-to-end and partner directly with the Head of Engineering to bring in exceptional talent. You'll inherit a strong foundation including a well-structured ATS, exciting talent brand, and a team that genuinely cares about candidate experience. You’ll help us raise the bar from day one and build on the infrastructure to ensure we hire even better at scale.

Your Growth Journey:

  • Months 1–2: Ownership from day one - Own end-to-end recruitment for engineering and products roles, with confidence running senior and staff-level searches in a competitive market. Get deeply acquainted with Ledgy's hiring bar, engineering culture, and what great looks like across our teams. Build trust with hiring managers and provide guidance on talent pools, compensation, and talent attraction strategies. Manage the candidate experience from first touch to signed offer, ensuring every candidate has a great impression of Ledgy.
  • Months 3–6: Deepen your impact - Build and maintain talent pipelines for key technical roles, continuously mapping the market to stay ahead of future hiring needs. While technical hiring is the core of this role, you'll occasionally flex across other functions as Ledgy scales. Build, track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends, provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvements in hiring efficiency.
  • Months 6–12: Build the engine - Drive meaningful improvements to Ledgy's recruiting operations, including auditing Greenhouse workflows and scorecard design. Collaborate closely with People, Finance, and Ops to ensure recruiting moves in lockstep with business planning and headcount decisions. Contribute to Ledgy's employer brand through events and content.

What we're looking for:

  • 4–6 years of end-to-end technical recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
  • Have strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and a curiosity for leveraging automation tools to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
  • Bring a strong project management mindset with excellent prioritization, clear accountability, and proactive communication skills to navigate shifting priorities effectively.
  • Experience using Greenhouse or similar ATS.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English.

Being part of Ledgy means:

  • Recharge and re-energize with flexible working hours, 25 days of vacation, and up to 40 days of remote work from outside your home country.
  • We make space for your own professional development, with a generous yearly learning & development budget.
  • This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. All salaries are aligned with competitively benchmarked ranges based on work location and levelling.
  • For candidates based in London or Zurich we use a hybrid work model of 1 day in the office per week.
