At Ledgy, we're on a mission to make Europe a powerhouse of entrepreneurship by building a modern, tech-driven equity management and financial reporting platform for private and public companies. In 2026, we aim to be the leading provider for European IPOs and reporting for share-based payments. We are a value-based company with a core focus on being humble, transparent, ambitious and impactful, all in order to deliver the best experience for our customers and end users. We were founded in Switzerland in 2017 and today we operate globally from offices in Zurich and London. We encourage diversity and are an international team coming from 26 different countries and speaking 25 different languages.
As a Staff Product Manager for Enterprise Share & Fund Plans, you'll own Ledgy's portfolio of share and fund plan products working hand‐in‐hand with some of the world's largest financial institutions to bring complex, high‐stakes programs to life. Our most important enterprise relationships are deeply collaborative. You'll work with clients to translate their requirements into solutions that work for them and for Ledgy. You will be running your own market and user research to build the domain expertise that lets you challenge assumptions, spot gaps, and make confident product decisions. The best outcomes come from both: a strategy that is based on deep client partnership and an independent point of view on where the market is going and what needs to get built.
At Ledgy you will:
- Own the Share & Fund Plans portfolio: starting with a major international pensions & savings program in Q3, with other exciting share and fund plans on the horizon.
- Be the primary product partner for enterprise clients: navigate large organisations, manage senior stakeholders on both sides and know when to say yes, when to push back. You build the relationships that make complex programs succeed.
- Turn enterprise requirements into scalable product decisions: dig into RFPs and requirements documents and translate them into well‐scoped solutions. Hold scope and complexity with conviction, making the strategic calls on what gets built and how it generalises, and where Ledgy draws the line.
- Run discovery to develop deep expertise in share and fund plan structures across Ledgy's core markets, including qualified vs. non‐qualified plan treatment in the US and UK.
- Collaborate with product leadership on strategy, balancing enterprise delivery milestones with longer‐term platform investments.
- Partner with Design, Engineering, and SMEs to write clear specifications and manage delivery in an agile setting.
- Contribute to Ledgy's PM best practices, especially around enterprise co‐build patterns and model high AI fluency, using AI tools to move faster and work smarter across research, documentation, and delivery.
- Define and track success metrics for your team's initiatives, balancing enterprise delivery milestones with broader product KPIs.
In the first 30 days:
- Be paired with an onboarding buddy and get up to speed on Ledgy's equity management platform, existing Share & Fund Plans capabilities, and the broader enterprise landscape.
- Get introduced to the active enterprise programs and the key stakeholders involved on the client side.
- Shadow customer calls, review existing requirements documents and RFPs, and start building your view of the opportunity.
- Start contributing to roadmap discussions with guidance from team members.
In the first 60 days:
- Fully own the client relationship for the Q3 pensions & savings program, understanding requirements, dependencies, and decision‐making structures.
- Develop a clear view of the scope, risks, and delivery plan for Q3 and communicate this confidently to internal and external stakeholders.
- Fully master Ledgy's value proposition, understand our product capabilities and competitive landscape.
- Participate in strategic discussions about scaling our share & fund plan product.
In the first 90 days:
- Lead roadmap planning for the Share & Fund Plans pillar, balancing near‐term enterprise delivery with longer‐term platform investments.
- Establish a working model for how Ledgy engages with enterprise clients in a co‐build context, including how we scope, negotiate, and document bespoke requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to refine our go‐to‐market narrative for pensions, savings, and fund plans.
- Research Ledgy's core markets regarding equity comp standards and complex share & fund plans to identify biggest opportunities.
The job is a great fit if you:
- Have a minimum of 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS with significant time spent in enterprise‐facing roles.
- Have a proven track record co‐building with large enterprise clients, working from RFPs to deliver solutions that balance client needs with platform scalability.
- Are a strong stakeholder and project manager, comfortable operating across multiple organisations and keeping complex programs on track.
- Thrive when the roadmap is partly client‐driven and know how to navigate that without losing product quality or long‐term vision.
- Are experienced working with large financial institutions or regulated enterprise customers, and understand the compliance and governance environments they operate in.
- Are genuinely excited about startups: you move fast, adapt quickly, and bring energy and ownership to your work even when things are ambiguous.
- Are well‐versed in AI tools and apply them actively to increase your speed and the quality of your output. You're forward‐thinking about how AI changes the way PMs work.
- Have a strong sense of accountability, ownership and outstanding solution focus.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, and in the room with senior enterprise stakeholders; fluent in English.
Nice to Haves:
- Background in financial services, fintech, or wealth management.
- Experience with executive compensation or employee share purchase schemes.
- Prior experience with equity management platforms.
