We’re on a mission to shape the future of B2B through meaningful work. And we’ll get there by redefining what B2B marketing does. We’re united in three core traits:
- HUMAN AT HEART. Showing up authentically in the B2B marketplace.
- HEAD FOR RIGOUR. Going beyond what’s expected of B2B marketing.
- MIND FOR FLAIR. Pushing boundaries and charting new territories for B2B.
We’re looking for a designer who wants to do outstanding B2B work. Working largely for one of our biggest clients (a global mega-brand), you’ll be doing the kind of work that gets attention in a world where it’s scarce. The kind of work that outperforms expectations, while still being perfectly on brand in all the ways that matter. It’s about thinking deeply about each project and using design to solve real marketing problems. It’s about making your mark and building trust with the client, so you can push for the very best creative solutions. And it’s about working as a team – slotting into a small‑but‑perfectly‑formed creative unit to do all that outstanding work together.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking briefs from clients, account people and planners
- Designing high-quality visuals for brand campaigns, multimedia content formats, and other marketing materials
- Joining ideation sessions to present ideas to clients to help them go beyond the ordinary
- Working and communicating with copy teams and creatives to bring ideas to life in the most visually striking way possible
- Managing revisions and feedback with clients and account teams
You Need
- At least four years’ experience of designing compelling content for B2B clients
- A portfolio of work you’ve produced you’d be happy to talk us through
- Experience of working in a fast‑paced environment juggling multiple projects and deadlines
- An opinion of what outstanding looks like in design.
- Experience of briefing, review and approval processes and systems
The Technical Bit
To thrive in this job, you’ll need:
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Good working knowledge of Figma
- Experience with After Effects and Premier Pro is highly desirable. Motion graphics experience is a bonus but not essential.
