Role:

We\’re looking to add an Account Based Marketing Specialist to the marketing operations team. This role will play a key role in supporting the execution and optimization of our ABM strategy, specifically for global multinational accounts. Activities will focus on tactical execution of global multinational ABM programs, maintenance of ABM platform, and optimization/reporting. This is a great opportunity to take a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our ABM strategy within a rapidly growing department.

The ideal candidate is a positive, collaborative, and driven individual who has experience with ABM technologies and processes.

What You’ll Do:

  1. ABM Program Management: Support the execution of global multinational ABM campaigns within 6sense by working with marketing manager and sales to ensure timely delivery and alignment with account strategies.
  2. Data Management & Segmentation: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify key accounts.
  3. Campaign Automation & Optimization: Utilize 6sense to build, deploy and optimize campaigns listening to key accounts. Continuously monitor performance and adjust tactics to improve results.
  4. Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of ABM campaigns and strategies. Provide actionable insights through campaign reporting and data analysis, helping to measure account engagement, pipeline progression and ROI.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing manager, sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of ABM strategies. Ensure platform, governance and best practices are leveraged.
  6. Technology Management: Support the management of the ABM tool by updating suppression lists monthly and ensuring data cleanliness through regular checks of naming conventions and folder structures.
  7. Educate & Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on ABM tool while staying updated with the latest ABM trends to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 5+ years experience in account-based marketing, B2B marketing, or a similar role.
  3. Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, project management tools, preferably Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, and Workfront.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  5. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  6. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  7. Adaptive and responsive to the dynamic marketing landscape.
  8. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
