We are on a mission to shape the future of B2B through meaningful work. Our ambition is to continue to progress the Fluid Talent model as a standalone offering within the agency and connected to the core agency business to provide flexible and competitive resourcing models to clients.

This role will lead the Fluid Talent client group, ensuring retention and achieving sustainable growth. Given this operating model is very people-centric, this role will need to ensure the Fluid Talent team within the agency has the support and guidance they need to be successful.

The tangible measures of success:

  • Growth in the Fluid Talent team and therefore growth in revenue
  • Employee retention in the Fluid Talent team

Core Responsibilities:

  • Client relationships & growth: Build strong relationships with senior client-side Marketers and Procurement contacts; create opportunities to recruit and embed new FTE roles to the client base; ensure value-based pricing and maintain the agency margins associated with each embedded role; track revenue and sales associated with the clients and accurately forecast future performance vs commercial targets.
  • Recruitment: When new opportunities arise to embed someone into a client team, recruit with speed and quality to put the right candidates in front of the client contacts; maintain a strong network of Marketers to ensure speed of recruitment when opportunities arise.
  • Employee experience: Work through the recruitment and onboarding processes professionally and ensure a positive experience for new starters; work with our People and Comms team to ensure a positive experience for Fluid Talent team members throughout their time with the agency.
  • Contribute to Fluid Talent proposition expansion: Provide insight and content to the New Business and Marketing team to support in their efforts to promote the Fluid Talent offering; showcase the Fluid Talent offering across the Havas network and create opportunities to collaborate with our sister agencies; contribute to the business strategy to evolve Fluid Talent and showcase the value that it provides to clients, focusing on deeper and more strategic relationships with enterprise organisations.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 10+ years’ experience working with a Managed Services model
  • Strong client leadership experience
  • Strong team management experience
