We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Team Leader to join our vibrant hospitality team at The Engine Room, a lively sports
and entertainment bar located within Ocean Exmouth. With stunning beach views, Sky Sports, TNT, and a welcoming atmosphere, this
is your chance to be part of a dynamic venue that’s all about great food, drinks, and experiences.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

* Supporting the day-to-day running of the venue, ensuring it’s clean, safe, and customer-ready.
* Leading and motivating the front-of-house team during busy service periods.
* Delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues professionally.
* Assisting with staff onboarding, training, and shift coordination.
* Promoting menu items and upselling to boost sales.
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Essential:

* Experience in hospitality or customer service.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Organised, reliable, and confident managing shift duties.
* Basic knowledge of health and safety and food hygiene.

Desirable:

* Supervisory experience in a bar, restaurant, or cafΓ©.
* Level 2 Food Hygiene and First Aid at Work certificates.
