Are you energetic, dedicated to fitness, and eager to inspire others in a lively setting? The Space Health & Fitness in Dartington is seeking a Les Mills Body Pump Instructor to join our welcoming team on a casual or part‑time basis.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Body Pump Instructor, you will lead dynamic and effective group classes, motivating members to reach their fitness goals while maintaining a safe and engaging environment. You will be an ambassador for The Space Health & Fitness, bringing enthusiasm and professionalism to every session.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality Les Mills Body Pump classes in line with the programme's standards
  • Create an inclusive, supportive, and motivating class atmosphere
  • Inspire and connect with members of all backgrounds and fitness levels
  • Ensure studio safety and proper equipment setup
  • Promote the values of The Space Health & Fitness within the community

Qualifications

  • Certified Les Mills Body Pump Instructor (essential)
  • Level 2 Fitness Instructor or equivalent qualification
  • Confident and enthusiastic communicator with a passion for group exercise
  • Reliable, professional, and able to motivate others
  • Experience teaching in a studio environment is desirable but not essential
