We’re looking for a hands‑on Team Leader to join our airport hospitality team at Exeter Airport, helping to create welcoming, memorable experiences for travellers, airport colleagues and guests every day. This is an energetic, people‑focused role where no two shifts are the same, perfect for someone who loves hospitality and enjoys leading by example.

LED is a charitable trust dedicated to improving health, wellbeing and community experiences. Our airport hospitality outlets serve high‑quality food and drink in a friendly, welcoming environment, often at pace, and always with great customer service at heart.

A QUICK HEADS‑UP ON SHIFTS

This role does include early morning starts, so you’ll need reliable transport to get to Exeter Airport. To recognise the commitment that comes with those early starts, any hours worked between 12am and 6am are paid at time and a half (which equates to £20.13 per hour for this rate).

THE ROLE

As a Team Leader, you’ll be right at the heart of day‑to‑day operations. You’ll support your team on shift, help coordinate rotas, and keep standards high throughout service. You’ll lead from the front, creating a positive and inclusive environment where colleagues feel supported and motivated and customers enjoy a consistently great experience.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll be right in the thick of it, leading by example and supporting your team during busy, fast‑paced shifts. You’ll take the lead during service, helping everything run smoothly.
