We’re looking to grow our group exercise programme at Honiton Leisure Centre and would love to hear from instructors across a wide range of disciplines. About the Role
As a Group Exercise Instructor at Honiton Leisure Centre, you’ll lead engaging, inclusive and safe classes that give our members something to look forward to. Your energy, personality and teaching style will play a big part in creating a positive experience and helping people feel confident, supported and motivated. We’re open to a variety of class styles, including strength and conditioning, HIIT or circuits, yoga, Pilates or mobility, indoor cycling, and dance‑based or functional fitness sessions — and we’re always keen to explore new ideas too. Most classes will support weekend delivery, helping us extend and enhance our timetable and offer even more choice to our members.
About You
You’re qualified, enthusiastic and enjoy connecting with people through fitness. You’re confident delivering sessions that cater for different abilities, and you naturally adapt your approach to make everyone feel welcome. You’re reliable, professional and bring a positive attitude to everything you do. Whether you’re an experienced instructor or newly qualified and ready to build confidence and a following, we’d love to hear from you.
