Supervise all poolside activities, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and friendly environment for all users. Confidently enforce pool rules and provide approachable, helpful support to customers. React swiftly and professionally in emergencies, delivering first aid and CPR as required. Undertake regular pool maintenance checks and help uphold high standards of cleanliness and water quality. Work collaboratively with your colleagues to foster a positive and supportive team culture.
