We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Assistants to join our team for our exciting outdoor summer events programme at Exmouth Pavilion. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of live weekend events, helping create a welcoming, safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

About the role

As part of our Summer team, you’ll support the delivery of outdoor events, working across a range of areas including customer service and event support. This is a hands-on, energetic role where teamwork and a positive attitude are key.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Welcoming guests and helping create a relaxed, friendly event atmosphere
  • Serving drinks and supporting bar operations (where required)
  • Assisting with event set up and pack down, including equipment and service areas
  • Supporting the smooth running of events throughout the day
  • Keeping areas clean, safe and well presented at all times
  • Helping manage customer queries and ensuring a great overall experience

Shift details:

  • Weekend work
  • Between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm (depending on event schedule)
  • Casual hours to support the Summer Live events programme
