Casual Customer Service Assistant – Bar Exmouth Pavilion | Casual Hours

Love live events, theatre and working in a lively atmosphere? We’re looking for friendly, reliable Customer Service Assistants (Bar) to join our team at Exmouth Pavilion on a casual basis. From theatre shows and live music to entertainment events, you’ll play a key role in helping create a great experience for every guest.

About the role

As part of our bar team, you’ll help deliver a fast, friendly and welcoming service to customers during performances and events.

What you’ll be doing

  • Serving drinks quickly and efficiently before shows and during intervals
  • Welcoming customers and creating a positive, relaxed atmosphere
  • Taking orders and handling payments accurately
  • Keeping bar areas clean, organised, and fully stocked
  • Supporting with set up and close down before and after events
  • Working as part of a team to keep service running smoothly during busy periods

What we’re looking for

  • A positive attitude and great customer service skills
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, busy environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork
  • Reliable and punctual, especially during event times
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and show nights
  • Previous bar or hospitality experience is helpful but not essential
