We’re looking for a Cleaner to help keep Ocean Exmouth looking its best across the entire complex. This is a vital role where your work helps ensure our customers, families and colleagues enjoy a safe, clean and positive experience every time they visit.
About the Role
As a Cleaner at Ocean Exmouth, you’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the site. You’ll clean a wide range of public areas, including floors, stairs and making sure spaces are well-presented and cared for at all times. Your role will include vacuuming and mopping floors, as well as keeping our toilet and changing areas clean, fresh and presentable. You’ll follow cleaning schedules, but also use your initiative to spot when areas need extra attention, helping keep the whole complex welcoming and safe. Some tasks are completed independently, while others form part of a wider team effort but every task you do plays a key role in the smooth running of Ocean Exmouth.
About You
You’re someone who takes pride in your work and understands how important a clean environment is for customer experience and wellbeing. You’re reliable, organised and comfortable working independently, while also being part of a wider, supportive team. You have a positive, can-do attitude, good attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility. Previous cleaning experience is helpful, but not essential, full training will be provided. What matters most is your commitment, consistency and willingness to get stuck in.
