About the Role
Working in Ocean’s busy kitchen, you’ll help deliver fresh, high‑quality food in a fast‑paced, energetic environment. You’ll be supported to develop your skills, build confidence, and progress your career as the kitchen evolves. Depending on your experience, you’ll:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to consistently high standards
- Support daily kitchen operations and smooth service
- Learn and uphold excellent food safety and hygiene practices
- Work collaboratively as part of a motivated, supportive team
- Contribute ideas as menus and processes develop
