ABOUT US

LED is a charitable trust dedicated to improving health, wellbeing, and quality of life. Our varied outlets serve travellers, airport staff, and visitors, offering delicious meals, snacks, and drinks in welcoming settings. Due to the early nature of shifts at the Airport, access to transport is essential.

THE ROLE

As Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for the day‑to‑day running of all four areas, managing staff schedules, motivating your team, and maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and hospitality. You’ll lead by example across our hospitality outlets, ensuring seamless operations and memorable customer experiences.
