THE ROLE
As Coastline & Cove Team Leader, you’ll lead the day‑to‑day operation of both units, supporting your team on shift, coordinating rotas, and maintaining excellent standards throughout service. You’ll lead by example, creating a positive and inclusive culture where colleagues feel supported and motivated, while ensuring customers receive a consistently great experience.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Leading daily operations across Coastline Café and Cove Pod
- Supporting, coaching and motivating your team to deliver excellent service
- Creating a welcoming, inclusive and supportive team environment
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, health and safety
- Helping manage rotas and staffing to ensure smooth operations
- Bringing forward ideas to improve service and enhance the customer experience
