LED Community Leisure Ltd is seeking a motivated Hospitality Team Leader to oversee operations across Moorland Kitchen, Tor Bar, Coastline Café, and Cove Pod at Exeter Airport. Our airport food and beverage outlets cater to travellers, airport staff, and guests, providing tasty meals and drinks in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Please note, early morning shifts require reliable transport.
YOUR ROLE
As Hospitality Team Leader, you’ll take charge of daily operations across the two Units, expertly coordinating rotas, motivating your colleagues, and ensuring consistently high standards. You’ll lead by example, championing exceptional hospitality and maintaining a positive, inclusive environment where both staff and customers thrive.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily activities in Moorland Kitchen and Tor Bar, Coastline Café, and Cove Pod
- Coach, support, and energise your team to deliver excellent service
- Promote a welcoming, diverse, and supportive culture
- Uphold strict safety, food, and hygiene standards
- Encourage innovation and seek new ways to enhance the customer experience
