We’re looking to expand our weekend group exercise programme at Engine | Health & Fitness in Exeter and are inviting instructors from all group exercise disciplines to join us. Whether you deliver high‑energy workouts or calmer, mindful sessions, we’d love to hear from you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll be responsible for delivering safe, engaging and inclusive group exercise classes that motivate our members and enhance their experience. We’re open to a wide range of styles, including (but not limited to):
- Strength & conditioning
- HIIT / circuits
- Yoga, Pilates or mobility
- Indoor cycling
- Dance‑based or functional fitness classes
Classes will primarily support weekend delivery, helping us extend and enhance our current timetable.

- Qualified Group Exercise Instructor (relevant certifications required)
- Confident, engaging delivery style with a member‑focused approach
- Ability to adapt sessions to suit different abilities
