The Opportunity
We’re seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to play a pivotal role in supporting our CEO, Chairman, and Executive Team. This is a fast-paced, visible position at the heart of LED Group — perfect for someone who enjoys bringing order and clarity to a busy executive environment and thrives on making a difference.
About You
- Significant experience supporting senior leaders or Board members.
- Exceptional diary management and organisational skills.
- Excellent written communication and document preparation abilities.
- Experience in governance administration (board papers, meeting coordination, etc.).
- High proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion.
- Desirable: Charity, public sector, health, leisure, or community organisation experience; understanding of charitable governance and trust structures; project coordination experience.
