We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Assistants to join our Bowling team and help bring that experience to life.

As part of the Bowling team, you will play a key role in delivering a safe, smooth and enjoyable experience for every customer, whether they are visiting for a quick game or a larger celebration. You will work in a hands‑on, supportive team where your attitude, energy and customer service skills will make a real impact.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Welcoming customers and helping them start their bowling experience
  • Supporting lane operations and dealing with basic issues
  • Keeping the bowling lanes and surrounding areas clean, safe and ready for use
  • Helping with parties, group bookings and busy periods across the venue
  • Answering customer questions and creating a fun, friendly atmosphere
  • Working closely with your team and supporting other departments when needed
