We're expanding our team at Exeter Airport and are looking for friendly, reliable Customer Service Assistants to join us on a casual basis across our vibrant food and drink outlets. From early morning departures to late-night arrivals, you'll be part of a team delivering great service to travellers from around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers and creating a positive first impression
  • Taking and serving food and drink orders efficiently and to a high standard
  • Sharing your knowledge of our menus and helping customers make choices
  • Keeping work areas clean, organised, and ready for service
  • Supporting your team across all airport outlets during busy periods
  • Following health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

Shift patterns & pay

  • Shifts available across a 24-hour operation, including early starts (from 2:30am)
  • Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays is essential
  • Time and a half pay for hours worked between midnight and 6am
  • Own transport is required

Qualifications

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Great customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm and helpful in a busy environment
  • Reliable and punctual team players
  • Previous hospitality or retail experience is helpful but not essential
