Are you enthusiastic about water safety and eager to help people enjoy every moment in the pool? LED Group, a charitable trust devoted to enhancing health, wellbeing, and the quality of life across East Devon, is looking for passionate Lifeguards to join our welcoming team at Exmouth Leisure Centre. As a vibrant community hub, our centre features a 25-metre swimming pool, a state-of-the-art gym, and an exciting climbing wall—all set in a lively, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Keep Everyone Safe: Supervise all pool activities and ensure a safe, inviting atmosphere for all our members and visitors.
• Support Our Customers: Enforce pool safety rules and provide friendly assistance whenever needed.
• Be Ready to Respond: Deliver first aid and CPR in emergencies with professionalism and care.
• Maintain High Standards: Conduct routine maintenance and cleanliness checks to guarantee excellent water quality and a pristine environment.
• Work as a Team: Collaborate with fellow staff to nurture a positive, supportive, and inclusive workplace.

What We’re Looking For

• RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (or a willingness to train for it)
• Confident swimming ability, including in deep water
• Great teamwork and communication skills
• A genuine passion for delivering top-notch customer service and promoting safety
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
