About the Role

You'll be at the heart of the operation leading shifts, supporting your team, and helping deliver a consistently great customer experience in a busy airport environment. This is a visible leadership role, where you'll:

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading shifts and supporting day-to-day operations
  • Coaching and motivating your team in real time
  • Creating a positive, energetic team environment
  • Making sure service runs smoothly during busy periods
  • Supporting with rotas and staffing decisions
  • Maintaining high standards across food safety, hygiene and H&S
  • Spotting opportunities to improve service and team performance

Shift Pattern (Important to Know)

This role includes early morning starts, so reliable transport to Exeter Airport is essential. Hours worked between 12am-6am are paid at time and a half (£20.13 per hour).
