Programme & Events Coordinator
Help Shape What's Next at Exmouth Pavilion
We're looking for an organised, commercially aware and relationship-focused Programme & Events Coordinator to join our team at Exmouth Pavilion.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing and coordinating a diverse programme of live entertainment, functions, conferences and events. Working closely with agents, promoters, artists and industry contacts, you'll help identify opportunities, assess their potential and coordinate everything needed to take them from concept to confirmed booking.
No two days are the same. One day you might be researching new acts and opportunities, the next negotiating details with promoters, preparing recommendations, coordinating contracts and ensuring everything is in place for a smooth handover to the teams delivering the event.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in events, entertainment, venues, arts, hospitality or a similar environment.
- Is highly organised and thrives on managing multiple projects at once.
- Can build strong relationships with agents, promoters and partners.
- Has excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness.
- Enjoys working collaboratively and bringing opportunities to life.
