The Cranford Club is looking for a Casual Front of House Team Member to join our team.
This is a varied role where you'll play an important part in creating a positive experience for our members and guests while supporting the day-to-day operation of a busy and vibrant club.

The Role
As a Front of House Team Member, you'll often be the first person our members and visitors see.
You'll provide a warm welcome, answer enquiries, support club activities and help ensure the smooth running of the venue.
Please note must be over the age of 18 due to licensing laws
Your responsibilities will include
- Welcoming members and guests and providing excellent customer service.
- Handling enquiries, bookings and payments.
- Supporting the bar, events and hospitality teams as required.
- Serving customers in the attached bar area with hot and cold drinks & keeping the area tidy.
- Assisting with the setup and preparation of club activities and events.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
- Working flexibly as part of a team to meet the needs of the club.
No two shifts are the same, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and interacting with people.
