  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting members on the gym floor, ensuring they feel confident and safe while exercising.
  • Delivering gym inductions, programme reviews and tailored fitness plans.
  • Motivating and encouraging people of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals.
  • Creating a welcoming, inclusive and supportive fitness environment.
  • Building positive relationships with members and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Assisting with membership enquiries, tours and member engagement activities.
  • Maintaining high standards of health & safety, cleanliness and professionalism.
  • Delivering group exercise classes where qualified.

What We're Looking For

  • A Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification (or equivalent).
  • A genuine passion for health, fitness and wellbeing.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • A friendly, positive and approachable nature.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A calm and professional approach when responding to incidents or emergencies.

Desirable

  • First Aid qualification.
  • Group Exercise or additional fitness qualifications.
  • Experience working within a leisure, fitness or community setting.
