What you'll be doing

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring every customer has an enjoyable and memorable visit. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming customers and helping them get started with their bowling experience
  • Supporting the day-to-day operation of the bowling lanes and resolving basic lane issues
  • Keeping bowling areas clean, safe and well-presented
  • Assisting with parties, group bookings and special events
  • Providing excellent customer service and creating a fun, friendly atmosphere
  • Working alongside colleagues across Ocean to deliver a great overall guest experience
