What You'll Be Doing
- Providing friendly and attentive service to customers
- Taking food and drink orders and serving customers efficiently
- Preparing and serving drinks in line with company standards
- Supporting live sport, entertainment, quiz nights, and special events
- Creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere for all guests
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the venue
- Processing payments and handling customer enquiries
- Working as part of a close-knit team to deliver great service during busy periods
- Helping with set-up and close-down duties as required
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, approachable, and confident talking to customers
- A strong team player who enjoys working with others
- Reliable, flexible, and willing to get stuck in
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Passionate about delivering a great customer experience
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and busy event periods
- Previous experience in hospitality, bars, restaurants, leisure, or customer-facing roles would be an advantage, but full training will be provided
