What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing friendly and attentive service to customers
  • Taking food and drink orders and serving customers efficiently
  • Preparing and serving drinks in line with company standards
  • Supporting live sport, entertainment, quiz nights, and special events
  • Creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere for all guests
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the venue
  • Processing payments and handling customer enquiries
  • Working as part of a close-knit team to deliver great service during busy periods
  • Helping with set-up and close-down duties as required
