E. Leclerc is a committed player in apprenticeship. We are dedicated to the transmission of skills, and alternating work is a good way to succeed in entering the workforce. Each year, more than 4,000 apprentices are welcomed into the company. The entire checkout team is prepared to welcome one or more apprentices to teach them all the techniques and tricks of the trade in an environment where human contact is essential!

You will train in the many facets of this profession:

  • Welcoming customers at the checkout
  • Cash handling operations
  • Mastery of quality procedures
  • Knowledge and promotion of loyalty tools
  • Reporting observations and managing customer relations

Gradually, you will gain skills and autonomy. Throughout your journey, a tutor, an employee of the store, will accompany you to ensure your good integration into the company and to pass on the best practices that will allow you to gradually evolve towards more autonomy and responsibilities.

If you do not yet have registration in a school or training programme, you can still apply, and we can try to assist you in your search.
