Position Summary
As a Sanitation Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning facilities and production equipment. Your role is critical: production lines depend on you! You’ll work in a safe, high-tech environment surrounded by the delicious aroma of snacks.
Responsibilities
- Apply and promote safety standards for yourself and your colleagues
- Follow sanitation procedures and good manufacturing practices
- Clean facilities and production equipment
- Disassemble and reassemble equipment for cleaning
- Respond to emergency calls to support production
- Ensure all areas meet sanitation requirements
Requirements
- Work Friday, Saturday and Sunday each week on a 12 hour shift
- Work efficiently while standing
- Able to work at heights
- Demonstrate excellent manual dexterity and strong attention to detail
- Show strong mechanical aptitude
- Follow various work procedures (health, safety, hygiene, sanitation)
- Can work carefully with chemicals, wet floors, equipment, and tools; follows PPE requirements consistently
- Bring assets such as experience in a similar environment and knowledge of English
Salary: Starting wage $21.26 /hr, increasing up to $26.22/hr depending on experience, skills, and training.
