Position Summary: As a Production Operator and Team Leader Relief, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of production equipment and product quality. You’ll contribute to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. You’ll also step in as team leader when needed.
Responsibilities: You contribute to achieving the company’s objectives through the following actions:
- Apply and promote safety standards
- Perform necessary adjustments and settings during product changeovers
- Carry out quality tests and make required adjustments
- Collaborate with operational, mechanical, sanitation, and quality teams
- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes
Requirements: We are looking for someone who can:
