Leclair & Moreau is a growing premium perfume brand focused on high-quality, trust-driven content. We are looking for a part-time UGC Content Creator to produce short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok. The role is primarily work from home, with occasional street or local brand content when required.
Responsibilities
- Create a minimum of 20 short-form videos per month
- All videos must be submitted and approved before use
- Film engaging Reels / TikTok-style videos
- Participate in occasional Ipswich local shoots (brand-led)
- Make one minor revision per video if required
- Focus on content that builds trust and drives perfume sales
Important Clarification
- No access to Leclair & Moreau social media accounts
- You do not post the content
- You create → we approve → we post
- Commission applies only on tracked sales
Compensation
- £250 monthly retainer (part-time)
- Tiered commission (monthly):
- 0–50 sales → 5%
- 51–100 sales → 7%
- 100 sales → 10%
