We’re looking for a proactive and commercially driven individual to join our team, based in our Bedford office, responsible for growing a portfolio of developing and lower-spend accounts. This role combines sales and account management, focused on turning inbound enquiries into revenue opportunities while building strong, long-term customer relationships. You’ll play a key role in driving repeat business, increasing product adoption, and re‑engaging dormant accounts, all while ensuring a seamless customer experience through efficient order management and communication.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively manage and develop a portfolio of customers to drive revenue growth
  • Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Nurture inbound leads and early-stage prospects through the sales pipeline
  • Re‑engage inactive accounts and support onboarding of new customers
  • Process orders accurately and handle customer queries around pricing, availability, and delivery
