Are you an expert Senior Project Planner with experience in structures, superstructures, or reinforced concrete? We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team on a prestigious research campus project currently underway in Oxford.
The Project: A 30,000m2 research campus featuring laboratories, an oncology and preventative care clinic, plus educational and meeting spaces.
As a Senior Project Planner, you will:
- Develop programme strategies for clients
- Apply strategic planning knowledge to ensure project success
- Work with a pioneering delivery team on challenging and ever-changing schemes
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure programmes comply with project requirements
- Develop economical and advantageous construction strategies
- Analyze performance and advise on impacts and improvements
- Provide strategic programmes for various project phases
- Contribute to risk assessment, opportunities, and commercial implications
- Present time-related material using various techniques
- Conduct forensic analysis of programme data
- Liaise with site teams to maintain programme progress
Required Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (desired)
- Professional membership (e.g., CIOB)
- Expertise in modelling and 4D planning
- Proficiency in Asta and/or P6 planning software
- Experience with major projects (preferred)
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and spot trends in production data
