Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Lead Construction Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the project\’s construction phase is completed as planned by producing reports, utilising project management tools, and developing / improving the construction programme based on budget, work schedule, and available resources. Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyse critical path and calculate project performance using Earned Value Methodology
  • Monitor subcontractor programmes, manpower, and performance
  • Identify and analyse delays, propose improvements, and prepare recovery plans as needed
  • Incorporate approved Change Orders into the programme
  • Foster collaboration between project areas and encourage teamwork

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor\’s degree in business, management, engineering, or related field
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
  • Proven experience in construction project planning and execution
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and other project management software
