Lechler Coatings Ltd is the UK subsidiary, committed to delivering high-quality service, technical expertise, and efficient support to customers throughout the UK.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team and support customers throughout the entire order-to-delivery process. This is a part-time position, Monday to Friday, approximately 10:00 am – 2:00 pm.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage customer master data
  • Handle offers, sales orders, and sample requests
  • Coordinate shipments, packing lists, and transport costs
  • Manage invoicing and support credit notes
  • Provide after-sales support and solve customer issues in collaboration with internal teams
  • Monitor stock levels and prepare reports for the Subsidiary Services Manager

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Support
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Good command of SAP
  • A customer-oriented mindset and a hands-on attitude
  • Fluent English
  • Educational requirement: GCSE English and Maths (minimum)
  • Residence in the Middlewich area or nearby

Salary range (pro-rated for part-time): £15,000 – £17,000
