After more than 150 years approximately 600 people contribute their abilities and passion to the work of research, development, production and marketing of paint products and the training of users. The company has 3 production sites, five subsidiaries and distributes its products in over 65 countries worldwide.
For the UK market we are looking for an Area Sales Manager - Refinish Coatings – North of England.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating in developing sales plans and improving sales processes, in conjunction with Sales Management.
- Ensuring the implementation of the sales policies in place.
- Contributing to increasing sales volumes by consolidating existing customers and exploring and developing business within the bodyshop network.
- Building relationships within the distribution and end user framework to establish a long-term working relationship.
- Preparing Sales Forecasts based on structured analysis from internal and external sources.
- Contributing to the after-sales process.
- Systematically registering and analysing activities through CRM tools used within the business.
Requirements:
- Commercial experience.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
- Data-oriented and problem-solving attitude.
Base salary £50,000 – £60,000 per annum + performance-related bonus.
