We are now entering a key growth phase and are looking for a highly driven Senior National Account Manager with proven beer industry experience to help scale the brand across the UK.
This role is for someone who understands the beer market, routes to trade, and the realities of selling beer in the UK. We are not looking for a general FMCG account manager or someone new to beer. We want someone who has already worked in beer and wants the opportunity to build a brand properly, with real responsibility and upside.
The Role
- Manage and grow national and regional beer accounts across on‑trade and off‑trade
- Build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, cash and carries, distributors, and hospitality groups
- Secure new listings and drive meaningful volume growth
- Develop and execute account plans focused on distribution, rate of sale, and visibility
- Work with leadership on pricing, promotions, and commercial strategy
- Identify new routes to market and growth opportunities
- Represent the Tsingtao brand professionally within the UK beer industry
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrable experience working in the UK beer industry
- Proven background as a National Account Manager or Senior Account Manager within beer
- Strong understanding of on‑trade, off‑trade, and wholesale beer channels
- A commercially driven mindset with a track record of winning and growing accounts
- Hungry, resilient, and motivated by results and progression
- Someone who wants ownership and responsibility, not just to manage existing accounts
- A builder mentality, focused on long‑term brand growth rather than short‑term brand hopping
Why Join Us
- Represent one of the world’s biggest and most respected beer brands
- Real opportunity to shape the UK growth strategy for Tsingtao
- Competitive base salary with meaningful commission upside
- A role for someone who wants to make an impact and grow with the business
If you have beer industry experience and are looking for a serious opportunity to build a brand at scale, we would like to hear from you.
